Η ερμηνεύτρια της κάντρι, Kacey Musgraves, κατέκτησε τέσσερα βραβεία, με το εκείνο για το άλμπουμ της χρονιάς (Golden Hour) να ξεχωρίζει.
Τρία βραβεία κέρδισε η Lady Gaga, μεταξύ αυτών για την καλύτερη ποπ ερμηνεία (Joanne) και το καλύτερο ποπ ντουέτο (Shallow).
Η Dua Lippa αναδείχθηκε καλύτερος νέος καλλιτέχνης.
Άλμπουμ της χρονιάς και τραγούδι της χρονιάς το “This is America” του Childish Gambino, που μιλάει για την αστυνομική βία και τον ρατσισμό.
Στην κατηγορία του καλύτερου ραπ τραγουδιού βραβεύτηκε το “God’s Plan” του Drake. Η ράπερ Cardi B κέρδισε το πρώτο της Grammy για το άλμπουμ “Invasion of Privacy”.
